We encourage participants to book their accommodation early. 

NN2024 has secured a limited number of rooms at a group rate at the Delta Hotels, Whistler Village Suites.

 

Please help the conference by booking a room in the contracted Conference Hotel!  The conference is exposed to penalties for empty rooms.   

• GUARANTEE - a valid credit card must be provided at time of reservation.
• DEPOSIT – First night room and tax will be charged at the time of booking. The balance is processed to the credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
• CANCELLATION – If cancelled or modified inside 30 days prior to arrival, the full room & tax is non- refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will not incur an individual penalty.

NOTE: The contracted block of rooms for the Delta Hotel Whistler Village Suites will be released JULY 18.
